All caught up!

Finally, I am all caught up and up to date in my posts.
Tomorrow, Friday, Aug 9 we leave for the Grand Canyon area.
Originally, we had reserved the site here at Zion River RV resort for 8 days and had planned to just drive up for the day to the North Rim of the Grand Canyon. That would have been a 3 hour drive up and another 3 hour drive back.
After the tiring drives we had to do back at Yellowstone, I convinced John we would be better off to just stay here for 4 days and go closer to the GC for the next 3 days. So we found an RV site at Jacob Lake which is about 45 minutes from the North Rim.
I am hoping we can  see the sunrise across the Canyon.
